Another great recipe on the Yoder Smokers YS640S from our friend Misty Banchero: “This is the best cottage pie I’ve ever had in my whole life, I mean it. Between the swiss cheese, crumbs, and parsley, all those toppings give it the perfect texture and flavor. So go ahead and give this a try. It’s the perfect time of year to get that pastrami into a hearty warm meal. Enjoy this cottage pie!”
